Ethan brings over 10 years of experience in sales, investment education, and behavioral communication training. He is a certified MBTI® and DISC practitioner, with WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment.

His work has been used in programs for teams across DBS, Citibank, AIA, AXA, Prudential, Manulife, and public sales classes.

At Mindreader, Ethan leads the behavioral interpretation layer — translating buyer communication patterns, decision styles, and sales objections into practical guidance that sales teams can use before and after conversations.

Tony brings over 6 years of experience in AI, data engineering, backend systems, and product development across Silicon Valley, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Singapore.

Before Mindreader, he worked as a software engineer at Rakuten, where he focused on backend development, data engineering, and cybersecurity. He has also served as a Google machine learning trainer and studied at NUS and Stanford SCPD.

At Mindreader, Tony leads the AI enrichment and workflow layer - turning raw lead data, buyer signals, and behavioral interpretation into CRM-ready outputs, API integrations, and sales intelligence workflows.

Tony is also the creator of The Modern Shrine, an AI-powered decision calibration project exploring personality systems, pattern recognition, and modern psychology.
